DL Access Control Systems Ltd - security systems for commercial, educational, residential care, and domestic markets

We design and install security systems for the commercial, educational, residential care and domestic markets. Our product range includes access control, closed circuit television, door entry, wired and wireless intruder, fire and special purpose alarms, nurse call and radio paging systems.

D L Access Control Systems Ltd began life in 1994, formerly trading as D L Communications.

Initially our work content concentrated on installing and repairing telephone and data systems. We were very fortunate in forming solid working partnerships with university, college and school facilities management teams who provided us with a constant source of regular work in those early days.

We are proud to still retain our working partnerships with clients from that period. This we believe is testimony to the high level of client satisfaction we have strived to provide.

Our client base now includes educational establishments, housing associations, residential care homes, health practices, doctors surgeries, social clubs and many other commercial clients.

Expansion

To keep pace with expansion, our staffing levels have increased and our work content has diversified to include the installation and maintenance of Access and Security Systems. This is now our principal activity.

D L works in partnership with a national nurse-call system supplier, installing Nurse Call, DECT and Paging Systems within the Scottish Region, including the highlands and islands.

Expertise

We also install and maintain domestic alarm systems. When the time was appropriate to change our trading status from sole trader to that of private limited company, it was necessary to change the company name and we felt that "D L Access Control Systems Ltd" more accurately described our business expertise.
